« Lovely location and great Pitch location. However there was insufficient space to safely navigate my vehicle into the pitch. Dimensions given at time of booking. A fellow camper kindly moved his vehicle (!) to allow us the space to get in. 480mm room for a 7850 Motorhome. Showers and facilities excellent cleaning. Lack of management of electric scooter traffic with both adults and children made for dangerous pedestrian access with high speeds being utilised. »

« Great variety of activities and entertainment. We had quite a few ants on our plot in the camping section and there were lots of mosquitoes in the toilet block, entertainment area and in the camping grounds. We all got stung lots of times which we have never experienced anywhere else before. We loved the direct beach access and the pool facilities. When camping at La Farret we were unable to easily fill up a large water carrier suitable to use in a caravan. We have to fill up smaller containers to then pour into a our larger water barrel. Reception would give you a token to use the motorhome water fill up point but then wanted €1 for access to this for the token. We've never had issues accessing water stations before at any campsite, we always find campsites have taps dotted around for open access to water. »

« Overall good, I was concerned about over crowding on two nights at the entertainment shows. You only have on true entrance/ exit and should seriously consider limits in high season »

« Everything was amazing.. but only let down by poor pitch surface. We had a downpour and everything just got ruint, which wouldn’t have happened on a hard standing pitch »

« More shade needed at the pools. A bit more variety there too maybe? The pitch needed shade too. Other than that, great beach, great bar and the staff were fab. »

« Good, had to pay for water, toilet waste a long walk from our pitch. Had to queue for showers. Lady on reception very helpful. »

« The campsite and staff were to be fair very nice and helpful really impressed with them around the resort. Entertainment was hit and miss but kids liked the disco and a few other shows which to be fair aligned to other experiences. The shop on site was expensive and somewhat limited for our needs. The beach was lovely and being near by strip as well as other activities was great by offering so much variety for things to do. This would have been a five star holiday except for the rats. We made several complaints about the rat issue especially consider we have 3 young kids. No action was taken and all that was said was you knew about the issue. This was very upsetting for my wife and I who had some concerns and somewhat uneasy with this. This was disappointing and did tarnish what could have been excellent. »

« Really poor that the only water available was from the toilet block. No taps nearby and none dedicated to filling up water tanks. I understand there are plans to change this for next year, but too little too late. »

« We did not enjoy our stay at all. The beach garden pitches felt like an afterthought compared to the rest of the site. We camped in dry/dusty mud that was crawling with ants. The toilet block was filthy. I’m not just talking the floors. There was dirt on the doors, the walls, the skirting boards and to have 3 showers servicing around 30 pitches is poor. Otherwise a long walk to the main block that was just as overcrowded still meant a 20 to 30 minute wait for a shower. We were also not told that we needed cash for deposits in any of the 100 pre arrival emails that are sent. Rarely saw security and sunbeds were being reserved even though it is prohibited in your rules. The site was extremely noisy ALL the time and I’m aware you can’t control people’s actions but there were no security anywhere asking people to observe the quiet times. Also no security around when a man was waving a knife in someone’s face so police had to intervene. Will never be back nor recommend. »

« The camp is brilliant, no water on the tent patches or freely available was missed and not having a deep section of pool was also missed. Other than that staff and facilities were very good. »

« Way too busy for the facilities provided. Felt cramped. One elsan point that i could get my 6m moho on. Pool was rammed. Could only stand, not swim. No water point near caravan or mohos. Everyone was filling butts from pot wash. 5 washining machines so you had to stand in line for a machine to finish. Not for us. »

« We felt our check in wasn't helpful, very little information was given or support. Pitch was lovely, disappointed that water supply wasn't explained and that taps were not particularly close. We thought the location was fantastic, on the whole staff were very kind and helpful. Pools were extremely disappointing. No deep parts and so busy you could hardly move. Constantly being hit by balls even in the swim up bar area. Wash areas were generally clean but many of the showers didn't work well. We also found that in 10 days only 1 of the shows was worth watching. Excellent location, not somewhere we would rush back to. »

« Lovely stay at Club Farret. Stayed in Pirates Area. The site is so clean and tidy with plenty of happy smiling staff keeping it up to a high standard. The beach is amazing. »

« The campsite was well maintained and had lots of facilities and easy walk to a wide variety of shops restaurants and other activities. Stayed in California mobiles and found the walking room around the beds was extremely tight. The entertainment and kids activities were exclusively provided in French which resulted in the kids not participating. »
